How long will it take for my parcel to be delivered by Aramex Couriers?
The delivery time depends on what region we are sending to.
Within Island: Overnight
Between the North & South Island: 2-3 days
For areas that are Out of Service or Rural please allow a further 2-4 days

Authority to Leave Service – the Goods are automatically authorised to be left in a deemed safe place, as reasonably determined by the Carrier. If no safe place is determined, the Carrier will deliver the Goods to the nearest Depot or Parcel Connect Agent for collection by the receiving Customer.
Who’s liable if the parcel gets lost, stolen or damaged?
When you accept the “Authority to leave delivery” box at checkout, Bonanza Medical & Wholesalers Ltd are not liable for any loss or damage to the parcel. Please leave a message in the box provided at checkout if you would like to specify a secure place for your parcel to be left.
Signature on Delivery
Aramex Couriers will attempt to obtain a signature when delivering the Goods. If a signature cannot be obtained, the Carrier will deliver the Goods to the nearest Depot or Parcel Connect Agent for collection by the receiving Customer. The customer will be notified where to collect their item from by email or calling card.
How do I arrange a redelivery with Aramex Couriers?
We know it’s a pain missing your delivery, so we’ve got several easy options to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible:
- Redeliver to the original address
Aramex Couriers is happy to re-deliver your parcel to the original address free of charge. You can do this on the arrange a re-delivery page. Please note, they only offer one attempt at a re-delivery for free.
- Redirect to a new address
You can arrange to have your parcel delivered to a new address for a small fee. You can do this on the arrange a re-delivery page.
- Depot pick up
You’re able to pick up your parcel directly from the depot, just make sure to contact us before you arrive to make sure your parcel is there.
- Parcel Connect
In some locations, you’re able to have your parcel delivered to a Parcel Connect agent, where it can be collected at a time that suits you. For more information visit the Parcel Connect website.
