Terms & Conditions of Sale

If you are in New Zealand and a consumer of products or services, you may have certain rights and/or remedies under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. When a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 is breached, you may be entitled to a range of remedies. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer’s rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Your use of our Site and these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in New Zealand.

Our Site may be accessed throughout New Zealand and overseas. We make no representation that our Site complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside New Zealand. If you access our Site from outside New Zealand, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction where you access our Site.

The Agreement.

By purchasing products from this website, an agreement exists between you and Bonanza Medical & Wholesalers Ltd.

Prices displayed on website.

Prices quoted on the website do not include G.S.T.  The G.S.T  will be calculated at checkout. The price of the goods will be the current price on the day of your order. We may change our prices from time to time without notice.  Prices do not include shipping, this will be calculated at checkout.

Orders.

Once you place your order online you will receive an email confirming your order.

Payment.

Account customer:  Payment is due on the 20^th of the following month in which the invoice was dated.

Non Account customer: The order will be shipped once payment has been received in full.

Delivery

If you cannot sign for your parcel, the courier will leave the parcel in a secure place at your address without a signature.  Bonanza Medical & Wholesalers Ltd and the Couriers are not liable for any loss or damage to the parcel.  If you require a signature on delivery – leave a request in comments section at checkout.

Signature on Delivery – The Courier will attempt to obtain a signature when delivering the Goods. If a signature cannot be obtained, the Courier will deliver the Goods to the nearest Parcel Connect Agent for collection by the receiving Customer.
